Yes, but you will need the light on the ceiling fan on the on position all the time to be able to talk to it. then you can ask google to turn off/on, or dim. No more using the ceiling fan remote to turn on/off the light. You still need the remote for ceiling fan speeds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, mine is in my sons ceiling fan now. You just have to ensure the light is always on. The Google home will control the power to the light.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. One additional note that I read since my last response, is that this bulb shouldn’t be used in dimmer sockets due to their temperature range reaching such high temperatures. Having said that, either the lamp or the bulb is dimmable, because that is how I use it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This light bulb should work the same as any other light bulb you would put into that light socket. The Only difference, is that this light bulb has the added benefit, that it can also be individually controlled by any Smart Device, such as, Alexa, Google, Etc., and/or any other Smart Device Management Software or Apps wirh which it is compatible. I hope that helps clear things up for you, Good Luck!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't know this for a fact, but I do believe the will.
