“Is the bulb soft/warm white or bright/daylight white?”

• The bulb has 3 settings: daylight white which is a cooler white, medium which is a typical soft light, and evening which is a much warmer, yellowish color.

• It's a soft white...definitely not daylight white.

• With Google Home, the light intensity can be adjusted 0-100%. At 50%, the light output seems warm to me.
