• Brand response from Snaptain Team In regard to your query, the wind resistance level is a parameter describing the drone's ability to withstand wind forces. Typically, this level is indicated in terms of wind speed, such as meters per second. The higher the level, the more stable the drone can fly in environments with stronger winds. The maximum wind speed for the P30 drone to fly would be 3.4-5.4m/s or 10-11km/h (Level 3). Anything below that range would be better.  We are dedicated to ensuring your 100% satisfaction. • At 4500ft altitude 15 mph wind is about all you can fly in safetly

• You can't fly this drone (or any other in its class) to an altitude of 4500 ft. The FAA max allowable is only 400.
