A:AnswerDon't know my SnowJoe machine only worked once, and the batteries stoped charging, My machine is under warranty until May 2026 but SnowJoe , ShopJoe won't honor the warranty.
This is the $1500 to $1800 24V-X4SB21 model. Complete thievery.
