Please try again later.Yes they used to but I took mine in on 7. 2022 and customer service (Fresno, Ca) informed me they aren't exchanging but they could sell me a new one but were out of stock. I'm not sure if the csr was unknowledgeable since she was trying to do a return without receipt first or if they stopped. Either way, it's simple to call your local store and ask. The other large retailers do exchange though.
