Q: QuestionUsing Corel VideoStudio. I'm trying to capture video from a Canon XHA1 which uses a firewire. When I try to connect I get an error message "Unable to switch to capture mode. Check if your video capture driver is working properly". Drivers are updated.

We would need to be able to connect remotely, however, and at that point it seems like that may not be possible. I wouldn't recommend shutting the computer off during this operation, so it may be better if we visited you in person.
