• This cover works best with fully articulating brackets. It isn't designed for flush mount brackets.

• Yes. I use this cover for my outdoor wall mount. It has split zippers on the bottom to fit around the mount and still zip closed from the bottom.

• Yes. The Velcro flaps in the back take a little time to stretch around the wall hanger. But it does a great job here in the Desert.
