QuestionDo I need to purchase or can I boost the skyroam with an external antenna? My son needs internet to work from our home, we dont have internet and sometimes the connection drops, so that's reason for asking about antenna...If so, what would you recommend ?

- Answer Hello Kay22, Skyroam is not made to boost wifi signal, it is a hotspot device. So initially it can keep you connected, but you cannot use it to boost signal with an external antenna.

The differences between the Solis Lite, Solis X, and Solis are: Solis connects 5 devices at a time, while the Solis Lite and X can connect up to ten. The Solis X features a camera, smart assistant, speaker, microphone, and bluetooth. It also comes with a power bank, whereas it is optional for the Solis Lite. - Answer I use it with my government laptop while traveling VPN and all.. Teams/zoom meetings and lasts all day on a full charge. I've worked from camp sites without a problem.

QuestionI have this device hooked up to our kindle fire stick in our rv. It works great qith netflix, prime, pandora, etc... however, when i try use pbs kids or Disney plus im getting error messages stating that they do not have service in this region/ country

Goggle the term "fair use policies” for a more detailed explanation of what I mean.

When a company says "unlimited," they typically are NOT using the dictionary meaning of the word, but one that the U.S. government has allowed them to define for themselves. Goggle the term "fair use policies” for a more detailed explanation of what I mean. Also, read the fine print in your contract (most people don't) and the EULA (End User Licensing Agreement); there is a classic South Park episode about the perils of not reading the latter.
