Is this case waterproof? null

I doubt it's waterproof, but is water resistant.

Yes---from rain, but not from submerging the unit.

It doesn’t state “waterproof” but the material def seems as though it is or at least water resistant.

I don't recall any tags or description stating it is waterproof. But with the outer material I would tend to think it should be fine carrying it around in the rain. You just can't submerge it in water or just leave it out in the open rain.

Protects my laptop and accessories from light rain for not getting soak. It's made of Polyester material.
