QuestionI have speaker wiring for six speakers already installed in a high vaulted ceiling. I would like to buy speakers and have them connected to existing surround system and TV. Is ceiling height an issue?

- Answer It depends on your receiver. With vaulted ceilings the distance from the speaker to your ear will affect the timing of the sound reaching your ear. The sound needs to reach your ear at an appropriate timing to match what's on the tv. Most recovers have the ability to adjust the distance of the speaker to compensate for timing. The nice thing about these speakers is that you point the woofers and the tweeters at your ear to make up for the ceiling angle.

- Answer None. These are residential speakers. If you have wires running more than 100 feet just use 12/2 speaker wire. They do not require a power tap.

QuestionReceived the set and was trying to adjust its woofers angle. How much pressure should be applied to pivot them in the housing? Twitters moved fine but woofers won’t budge and I’m afraid to break tweeters support brackets. Any tricks how this is done? Thx!

- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. We recommend you press on the very outer part of the speaker driver just past the rubber surround. You can also pivot the speaker from the backside by pressing on the side of the speaker magnet. If you are unsure of where to press, please give us a call at 949-492-7777 and ask for Tech Support.
