Q: QuestionCan this soundbar mount directly to the tv mount instead of to the wall? I read a review here that seemed to indicate this was possible. I’d like to ensure the soundbar gets extended as far forward from the tv as possible. Thanks.

• A:Answer This mount cannot mount directly to the TV. We do have a bracket that is compatible with the Sonos Arc that can mount to the TV. It's the WSSATM1-B2. Thanks, - Haydn @ SANUS

Q: QuestionIs The Sanus extendable wall mount safe to mount to just drywall? Or into studs only? Of course taking into account of the weight of the the Sonos soundbar.

• A:Answer Sanus includes some great quality anchors for walls where you don't have wood studs. The speaker is not very heavy and all Sanus mounts adjust very easily so as not to stress the wall or thin TV screens. Note: I like E-Z Ancor (metal) 10 pack for many drywall installs for towel bars but would need some properly sized washers as the E-Z Ancor screw head is a little small for the larger hole in Sanus bracket.
