QuestionWhen connected to a router can you play music from 2 different av receivers at the same time? I have a pioneer elite in my basement and onkyo stereo in kitchen and both are connect to my network wirelessly.

QuestionI have a play 1 and a play 5. I listen to Pandora on both. I would like to get Pandora or any streaming service on my home stereo and control it the same way I control the play 1 and 5. Is there a way to do this. Thanks

- Answer Plug a SONOS connect output into one of the input (receiver of amp) and you are done. SONOS Connect handles both RCA jack and Fiber outputs. The SONOS Connect is just another input to your stereo system, just like a turn table, cd or tape deck. Once connected and the input is selected on your stereo, it will work just like you Sonos 1 and 5.

QuestionCan the Apple TV box do what the Sonos-connect wireless component do?

- Answer I have Apple TV and Sonos Connect. I added Sonos because it is superior with music. I keep Apple TV for serving video and for casual gaming. Apple TV can do some of what the Sonos-connect wireless component can do. Sonos never drops, Apple TV drops. Apple TV has gotten better, Sonos has better control features for your music. If you wish to expand to multi-room options, Sonos is by far superior.

- Answer No. This is a wifi product. I suppose it is possible using a hotspot Wifi connection, but then you would have to figure out the power as the Connect is designed for home and not auto or mobile use. Stick to a Bluetooth method in your car.

- Answer The Sonos app allows you to send signal to each room group. I haven't tried playing different music streams in different rooms. Songs says it can be done.

- Answer The SONOS connect is not an amplifier. It only lets you stream many different internet music sources and has an wired output that you have to use as an input to your amplifier. The SONOS MAY be able to send music wirelessly to SONOS wireless speakers. I don't know because I don't use it that way.

- Answer Only if your phono output has a preamp that drives "line level" audio, otherwise you must use your phono connected to a receiver or a phono preamp component to drive Connect.

QuestionI have a Dolby Atmos soundbar in my living room because SONOS does not support ATMOS, it is connected via optical from my tv. Can I connect the SONOS Connect to the soundbar via L/R to 3.5mm mini jack to play music from the SONOS app on my soundbar?

- Answer Yes, you could connect your soundbar's input to the connect's output for audio to be controlled from the sonos app, but heard on the soundbar.
