Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't. It is defective and will not stay connected. Check the Sonos forums as this is a known issue. Try factory reset the speaker - unplug and plug back in while holding the small button on back of speaker until light in front flashes. Or power cycle your router. Good luck.
