“Can the Sonos One speaker be used as a Bluetooth speaker or does it always require WIFI? I was thinking like when I go camping, it would be nice to stream music stored locally on my phone to the speaker.”

• This may have been answered already but it does have to be connected to Wi-Fi and it has to be plugged in. Sonos has portable options like Sonos Move, Sonos Roam, or Sonos Roam SL

• You would be looking for something like the SONOS ROAM or SONOS MOVE, the one is intended to be always stationary and plugged in. It can be moved, but it always has to be connected to a Wi-Fi network and would not work through bluetooth.
