Only if you have a Mac and use airplay 2. There is no physical sound input to these speakers.

No in the traditional sense. These are not bluetoothed enabled or hard wired. You can stream music from your music folder on your computer to the speaker, though.

If you have an Apple computer they could be used as speakers utilizing Airplay 2 from the computer to the Sonos Ones directly. However, they do not have an input or wireless protocol that would allow them to be used as traditional PC speakers.
