I used the Sonos app to set up the bar to my TV and the remote. It walked me through. First by identifying the bar I had, then identifying my remote. It worked seemlessly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.More than likely your soundbar and tv are using two different remote controller frequencies. You could replace with a remote (universal) that has both frequencies. IF and RF are the two being used for remotes.
