It has been 48 hours and i still have not recieved my code and i have already been charged. I was told something different by the 6 people i talked to. I was guaranteed it would be here in 2 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours. I was told my bank put a hold on the funds which was not true, i was also told that there was a hold put on the order and to call, and they can fix it.. all they did was tell me to wait. I have spent the last two days trying to figure this out. And ive only been told things that werent true. I will not be using this service ever again.

Please try again later.this system is actual garbage, I ordered my digital code 13 hours ago and it said it would take a max of 4 hours for them to send an email with the code itself and I have yet to recieve ANY emails from them and it still just says "Order Recieved - We'll email you when it's ready".

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I ordered one and it took about 30 minutes or less to receive it. 2 days ago I ordered another one and 2 hours passed and I was concerned. I contacted Best Buy support and they told me it can take up to 24-48 hours. I decided to cancel the order. What’s the point of ordering digital when it’s meant to save time when I can just drive to BestBuy and back in less than an hour and have to code ready in hand?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pre ordered a game yesterday August 14 to be able to play August 15. When you pre ordered this game(madden) it is a three day access play before the game comes out on the 18th of August. I have yet to get my codes. I called Best Buy support, the guy said I would receive my codes after we got off the phone? I still have yet to receive my codes!! I don’t recommend going through Best Buy to buy games or anything that you have to receive a code. This is the second time that I have experienced this dealing with Best Buy.
