    • Answer Hello TimmyG, Thanks for reaching out. For wall mount, we are sorry, but Sony doesn't have a recommended Wall-Mount Bracket model for the XR-100X92. However, when wall mounting this TV, we always recommend using a Vesa compliant wall mount bracket with Vesa Hole pitch of 23.62 x 15.75 inches (600 x 400 mm). The wall mount bracket should also be able to hold the TV weight (without stand - 195.9 lb (88.9 kg)) to avoid any issues. For safety reasons, product protection, and to make sure that the installation is performed correctly, Sony strongly recommends that the installation of our TV on a wall be performed by qualified professionals. You may visit your local retailer/dealer or contact Best Buy to find the best VESA-compliant wall mount bracket that meets the size of our TV, your wall or environmental requirements, and your stylistic preferences. If you are referring to a furniture TV stand where you can place the TV, please refer to the below: Unfortunately, Sony doesn't have a recommended TV stand (furniture) for our XR-100X92. However, any TV stand (furniture) that can support the following TV measurements and weight will work. The stand width (end-to-end distance) of this TV is 74.84 inches (1,901 mm). You may contact your Dealer/Best Buy for details on how you get a TV stand (furniture)/desk that will perfectly fit with this TV. Note: When placing the TV to a table, we suggest at least give clearance on each side of the TV. If the Table-Top Stand protrudes out from the stand, it may cause TV set to topple over, fall down, and cause personal injury or damage to the TV.   • QuestionLabels don't say "Open Box", both say "00--OPEN". TV is back in Store after it wouldn't fit up stairs at sum1's house. Store claims Box never opened. Bands are cut & tape is disrupted. Who wouldn't take it out of Box to fit it in ? What should I do ??

  • QuestionIn the Earlier Q&A's, the Reply said the 100" Sony 4k TV would be part of Sony's 2022 lineup. Sony Electronics website's 2022 lineup does Not list this 100" 4K TV, why Not ??? If Sony is still making this 100"TV, why don't you call it a 2022 Model ???
