Please try again later.I'd imagine that they wouldn't be able to assist you beyond the 15 day return period, unless you've purchased one of their protection/replacement plans through GeekSquad. They'd probably refer you to Sony, which is likely to charge a repair fee if outside of the manufacturer's warranty. If you did purchase one of their protection/replacement plans, I believe that they'll replace it on the spot (walk-in).
