Hi, Warren! To connect a turntable to a stereo system, the stereo system should have a PHONO input. If a PHONO input is not available, the turntable must have a built-in amplifier or an in-line amplifier must be used to connect the turntable to another input on the stereo system. Regards, Erin
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.According to the manual you need to hook it to the CD jacks, but it does also say that if your turntable only has a Phono output jack then you need to hook a phono equalizer between the turntable and the receiver
