My HT-CT 290 sound bar’s subwoofer SA-WCT 290 is not working at all.Can someone fix this and how much will it be?

Please try again later.I am a Sound engineer working at Sennheiser.I will direct you some tips,hope it will work.Firstly you want to check what is the colour of LED flasing in the subwoofer.if it not a constant green then press the pair button on the backside of woofer.then you can see that a yellow like colour start blinking.press the Clear Audio+ button for 5 second on the Sony soundbar remote.You could see that blue light with all the writings on the screen.This will start to reconnect (reset)the subwoofer again. Please reply if the problem continues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to us the first time we connected it. The light on the front of the subwoofer should be green, this means it is connected and working. We had to make the sound bar "Bluetooth findable". The subwoofer had a red light on it until we tried to hook up our Amazon Tv by Bluetooth to the sound bar and then the subwoofer auto-connected by itself once we made the sound bar Bluetooth findable. And it auto connects every time now.I hope this helps.
