Q: QuestionDavid, A: Connect the subwoofer into a different wall outlet and try again. When the light indicator pops in, pair it again to the soundbar. Q: the light doesn't pop in at all! any suggestion besides what the manual says to turn the subwoofer on?

Q: QuestionI have a sound bar HT-CT 290. My sound bar and subwoofer was working fine . One sudden day my subwoofer is led is always red. When i switch off and on it green is blinking very fast and the goes to red. It is not pairing with the sound bar.

• A:Answer Don't think you can add any additional speakers to this soundbar, only the wireless subwoofer. It's only a 2.1 channel soundbar.

Q: QuestionMy Sony ht ct290 soundbar is turning itself on. When it does this it always comes on in Bluetooth mode even though we last used it in tv mode. Under Bluetooth settings on my phone it shows the soundbar but shows it's not actively connected.
