We recommend to try the steps available through the following links and try resetting the unit by ?turning the sound bar ON ? pressing the AMP MENU button ? pressing the arrow down and selecting SYSTEM ? selecting SYS.RST ? press enter and then START. The word reset should be displayed on the unit once its done disconnect the AC power cord for 1 minute before using unit again : https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/39313/p/41901%2C44406%2C92955%2C91694/c/65%2C66/kw/no%20sound https://us.en.kb.sony.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/43612/p/41901,44406,92955,91694/c/65,66/kw/no%20sound~ Jeannette
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You may want to check/change the "optical" & HDMI cable. That is the source(s) from the TV to the Sound Bar. Hopefully you bought the extended warranty (the 3 yr like I did) and you can return it, because they usually can't be repaired easily. Most often, BestBuy will give you a refund and you can get something else (of course it all depends on the warranty you have). Best of Luck !
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try resetting your system and unplugging everything then hook everything back up. The audio should come back on if not call the support team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure all of the cords are plugged in first. Next, check to make sure that you don't have it on the blu tooth audio setting. I thought mine went out until i realized it was still on that though it had turned off and on again. hope this helps.
