“NSX-32GT1 does not update I have the Sony NSX-32GT1 Smart TV purchased at Best Buy late 2012, that will not update. I noticed (inside the back panel) the date of October 2010. The TV was expensive and seems to now be outdated because of the Google TV dump that I knew nothing about. It is in great condition, still like new since I had it stored in my guest room for a couple years. I now need it for my primary TV. Any suggestions?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think you should call Sony customer support and tell them that you just started using a smart TV that you did not use in a while. They can advise you on what to do about it. Probably you missed a few updates and you have to download them from Sony to catch up or get up to date, but a Sony customer support representative can tell you what seems to be the problem.
