• I need a new power cord for my Sony TV, after checking online I went to Best Buy to get the cord, their website claims that they carry them, not only do they not have them in stock, they didn't have any knowledge of ordering one either, this is false advertising, I wasted a lot of time and gas for nothing, same story at Walmart, these stores falsely claim to have equipment that they don't carry just to get you in the door, possibly so you will purchase something else.
