QuestionI am having an issue connection my Playstation Pro. I connected it via the HDMI Cable that came with it to the back of the the TV right beside the other HDMI cable but am not able to see it in my options list. What do I need to do? TY

- Answer Hi BonnieR, if your TV does not show your Playstation Pro as an option when you press the input button on the remote, check if your console is connected to either HDMI ports 2 or 3 if its HDR feature is on or set to automatic. QuestionI would like to place the TV on a table that is 36 inches wide. Will that support the 43.5 inch wide TV, since the stand is only about 30 inches? Or does the table need to be at least as wide as the screen?

- Answer I have placed my 49 inch Sony TV on a 30" wide TV cabinet . I strapped the base of the stand securely to the cabinet for safety. I have found theTV cabinet width does not need to match the width of the TV as long as the TV cabinet is not flimsy.

QuestionHow is the image retention? I watch a lot of the NFL network which constantly displays a banner. Also how about the judder or stutter whichever you call? (Jerking motion) I can't tolerate much judder.

QuestionFor the power supply brick that comes with this TV, is anyone able to measure the width of the plug that goes into the TV? For example, 5.5mm (external) x 2.1mm (internal). Please see attached photo for what I mean. Thanks for any help.

- Answer Tough to measure accurately. Looks like a 5.5 or 6 mm outside barrel, with a small center pin, maybe 1 mm + or -. Nice TV. It will take a while to figure out all the Android stuff.

- Answer While I haven't used it yet, this TV does have the Playstation Vue app. I don't think it's a native/pre-installed app, but it's available in the app store & loading apps is very easy with this TV.

QuestionI brought this TV yesterday from BB and have an issue with my LG sound bar attached via digital optical cable being power on and back off when the TV is Powered Off. I have loaded the most recent firmware and the problem still exists. Any ideas?

- Answer Not exactly sure of your issue but I had a similar issue prior to purchasing an extender for my router. Multiple service calls to TWC before one of their technicians explained to me that the router would only go as fast as the slowest connected device. I had an old (6-8 years) Blu-ray that he suspected was the culprit. He recommended an extender for the router. I was skeptical but I visited Best Buy, asked questions and left with an extender. It has worked great. No more drops and 4-5 phones iPads etc connected.

- Answer I once ran into something similar to this. You will need to do a factory restore by going to options and having it perform a full factory reset so it's just like when you opened from the box. Be warned you will have to re-setup your TV apps with login info as well and to reconfigure the settings of the TV to how you customized it including the Picture Mode.

QuestionDoes Sony sell a low voltage power cord extender? I mounted to the wall but don’t have an outlet behind tv. I want the power brick to be out of sight behind furniture and plan to run the power line through the wall with the hdmi... but it’s too short.
