A:Answer The same has happened to me. EXACT SAME THING. I called geek squad, and there is nothing they can do since I didn't buy the extended warranty. Interestingly, the person at the counter told me to call geek squad even though I didn't buy the warranty, and she said they would come out for a fee and fix it. However, when I spoke to the person over the phone, she said they don't do that. I am not mad at Best Buy, but they need to better train their employees to speak the same language to customers.
