We have our Sony for over 11 years and sometimes things happen but sony is no baloney.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had a 55" bought from Best Buy it's honestly lived a long time we are going on 10 years and I never expected that from a wall monitor. Model number KDL-55W650D. Recently we have an issue with the TV sound going out and I have to inplug the TV and plug it back in to get the sound and Spectrum remote working again... when this happens the remote will change channels but not the sound...I haven't gound a solution and updating the TV through the original remote and or through TV support suddenly says no support found.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had a Sony 43" for 14 years. I wish it would die so I could buy a new one. I had a Vizio, lasted 13 months. Had a TCL, lasted a year. Had a Sharp 43" Roku tv, lasted 2 years. Had all those tv's during the time I've had my Sony. It just won't die.

Your retailer of choice will have certain offers to cover beyond this if you so choose. Like with any product there are certain variables, such as the amount of use (or lack thereof) a product receives and the environmental conditions in which a product is being used, play a part in the life expectancy of a product.
