With all LCD TV there is some blooming of bright lights against dark backgrounds, also the blacks aren’t as black as OLED TVs. However Neither my wife nor my daughter have noticed it. It’s not distracting. On the other hand, this TV gets much brighter than any OLED and I don’t worry about the OLED burnin problem. Do you only watch movies in a completely dark room? Get an OLED. I sometimes watch live TV, news or sports in a bright room. For me this Sony works great.
