Unplug the TV, wait a minute and then replug. Worked for me

Allow us to help troubleshoot and resolved the problem. Follow this procedure below to troubleshoot the problem with your TV. If there is no sound or low volume coming from the TV speakers: Try increasing the volume of your TV. Note: If you have a set-top box (cable box, satellite, etc.) or sound system connected to your TV, you may need to increase the volume of the connected device. Make sure the TV isn't muted. Check your TV remote for a MUTE button. Pressing the MUTE button will toggle the mute function on and off. Note: If you're using a set-top box or sound system connected to your TV with a mute function, ensure this device is also not muted. Try turning off your TV, any set-top box device (cable box, satellite, etc.), and sound system if connected to your TV, and then turn them back on. Make sure you don't have headphones or any other devices connected on the TV. Try switching to a different channel or streaming service. An issue can occur with the broadcast of certain channels or streaming services. Check the cable connections to your TV from your set-top box (cable box, satellite, etc.) or audio system. A loose or defective cable could cause an issue with your sound. Power restart or reset the TV. Check your TV speaker settings to ensure that TV Speakers are selected Run the Problem diagnosis for Picture/Sound symptoms. If you can't hear TV sound from the soundbar, home theater system, or home audio system: Perform a power reset of your TV and audio system Check and verify your HDMI® cable connections Check the audio output setting of your TV to verify it's set to use your audio device. If you have a BRAVIA TV, set the TV settings for Speakers to Audio System. Make sure your audio system input is set to TV by pressing the INPUT or TV button on your audio system remote. Check if your audio system is muted. Depending on the order in which the TV and audio systems are turned on, or if the mute button on your remote was pressed, the audio system may be muted. Some systems will display MUTING on the front panel.
