Hi Leon, thank you so much for your inquiry. If you have the 65" X900H, yes, you can use the same wall mount for the 75" X900H. Both the 65" and 75" X900H have the same VESA HOLE PITCH (W x H) of 11.8" x 11.8" (300 mm x 300 mm). For wall mounting, please visit your local retailer to find a VESA stand that meets the size of your TV, your wall or environmental requirements, and stylistic preferences. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The mounts are made to hold ranges of sizes. I don't know exact numbers but the one ours is on is for 65" and up. And we have a 75" tv. I think the range before it is 45" to 64" so if your 65" was properly mounted on a mount for 65" and larger you will be good. Hope this is helpful!
