  • QuestionIs it upgradable to Google TV? Do Sony have any plan to update/new features to this TV? For old models Sony/Google didn't show any interest to upgrade. It's my personal experience and I have a Sony android TV, spent thousands of $ and now with no update.

  • QuestionSo I bought a PS5 and this tv. But my PS5 won't connect to it in 4k with hdr. It makes me choose between the 2, which seems silly. Is there a way to get both HDR and 4k on my tv at the same time?

    • Answer Hi Mj, Thank you for your interest in the XBR-75X800H. The power requirements (voltage) of the TV are AC 120 V for UL cUL AC 110–240 V for other. This means, if you purchased the TV in the U.S. or Canada, it will only work with AC 120 V of power, but if you purchased the TV outside the U.S. or Canada, then it can support AC 110-240 V. Depending on the power requirements of the country, you may need a transformer to make the TV work. Regards, Jess

  • QuestionCan I use the silver inserts to screw into the holes and then use the original black bolts that were originally in the 4 holes to attack the wall mount arms to back of the tv?

  • QuestionWhy did Sony release a large TV like this with only one position for the legs that is so wide apart? Other manufacturers have the intelligence to include an interior position for the legs in order to make it so the TV can be placed on any stand.

You can also purchase apps from the Google Play store when logged into your Google™ account. Enjoying 4K/HDR with online services. Streaming services such as Netflix, YouTube™, and Prime Video provide a huge amount of 4K and HDR supported content. Check the following four points. Does your subscription service support 4K? You can cast your favorite entertainment and apps from your mobile device to this Android TV via Chromecast built-in. Unfortunately, split screen or Twin Picture isn't supported by the TV. You cannot watch two video sources side by side or at the same time if that's what you're referring. However, this TV supports Picture-in-Picture function but you cannot play 2 sources at once.
