You have to go into the input settings for each input and you can turn on “enhanced” settings which will display 4K and HDR. All four inputs will do 4K 60hz but only 3 and 4 will do 4K 120hz for gaming and stuff.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have to have high speed 4k HDMI cables. Mine is looking great. Plugged into HDMI 1. Also have surround system and DVD plugged into HDMI 2. So far all is good. Geek Squad is going to check.it all out this week.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have my Sony Brava XR A80K 4K OLED TV connected to my internet carrier in HDMI 1. The issues may be your HDMI cable should be for 4K. Also the connection to your wifi servicer may be compromised. Check the strength of the signal of your wifi servicer. Check your Sony TV is set on the highest level for clarity. There are two platforms the wifi platform and the Sony platform. The Sony Platform can be accessed on your remote by click on to the YouTube button or the Netflix, Disney+, or Prime Video if you are a subscriber. while on the Sony Platform you can check the quality of the picture. If you have speakers such as s smart Soundbar if it is not a Sony SoundBAR the connection requires accessing the Soundbar system platform, e.g. Bose, to make sure your TV is able to accept the soundbar and all of the audio Bose components that are wireless and accepted by the TV. Once you maximize the features while on the Sony Platform, return to your wifi TV connection by clicking onto TV on the remote. Now you may see if there is a difference between the Sony platform and your wifi servicer platform. If the quality is less on your wifi platform then the problem is your servicer router. This TV is extremely advanced and rated number one with features other OLED TV do not have. Contact your wifi provider about upgrading your service for 4K so you can get the right signal for this very advanced TV. Best of Luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It really doesn’t matter as to which Port you use; you can switch between them and see whether there is any difference, but I don’t think you will.
