“How long of a tv stand do I need for the 85 inch tv and what is the distance between the legs. Thanks”

• We recently purchased the Sony XBR-85X900F. Before we acquired the TV, we researched available television stands that would accommodate the size of the TV. Given the dimensions of the TV with the stand (75 1/4” W x 46 3/8” H x 15 5/8” D), we decided on a TV Console with the following dimensions: 36” H x 84” W x 18” D. The stand width on the TV is 68 1/4” at its widest. Here is a photo of the TV on the console.

• I found a 78 inch console at Costco that fit the TV beautifully - The TV is about 72 inches long with the legs about 68-70 inches apart.
