Any Sony lense that has FE after it is for Full Frame Emount. Example 50mm FE 1.8

Sony lenses for the A7ii are E-mount type. Any lens that says "E-mount" should work fine. Don't get the sony lenses that are A-mount. Those are for the other type of sony cameras (the SLRs).

Make sure the lens is a Sony FE 50mm 1.8. The FE insures that it is for a full frame.
