“I need a dvd player that will work with all regions. I bought a dvd set that when I put a disc in my current player, "region unknown" comes on the screen. Not sure what type of dvd player I need.”

• No. This is not a region-free Blu-ray player. It will only play DVDs with region code 1 and Blu-ray discs with region code

• Hi Jaykay, the unit will only support Region 1 (DVD) and Region A (Blu-ray). ~Ralph

• You need a player that is region free player or region 0 (all regions). If it is coming up region unknown I would research region free players first.
