I think this depends on your tv. To state the obvious, the tv has to be 3D capable, you need an HDMI that is hi-speed, and the tv will dictate what type of 3D glasses you use. My LG tv has a couple of 3D options, so we just put on our glasses and scroll through the selections until the picture jumps out. You will know when you found the right selection!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This depends on your tv. First you need to make sure your display is 3D capable. Next, you need to find out what kind of 3D is used on your display... Passive or Active Shutter. Passive 3D does not require power for the glasses, it is just like the 3D you experience in the movie theatres. Active 3D requires powered glasses to view the 3D image. The player just plays 3D movies, but you have to have a 3D ready tv also. This player automatically recognizes when a 3D movie is loaded.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First of all you have to use a 3d blue-ray player. The 3d glasses depend on if your tv is active or passive 3d. Passive 3d tv uses glasses similar to what you get at the movie theater to watch a 3d movie actually they are the same as you would get with a LG or Vizio 3d tv, Most sony and Panasonic, sharp 3d tvs use active 3d glasses which have a small battery to power the shutter in that particular 3d glasses, I prefer the passive as it doesn't bother my eyes.
