• I watched the 3D movie Gravity DVD with passive 3D glasses, which works fine on my XBR65X850B. I haven't tried it with active shutter 3D glasses yet (my Samsung 3D TV has those), but I'm sure it would work on it also if I connected the Sony 3D DVD player to the Samsung TV. Only the 3D glasses have to be compatible with the TV. From my experience, all 3D capable blu ray players work with all brands of 3D TVs, whether active or passive.

• Yes it will stream 3D well and play 3D disks. I have tried active 3D only though.

• I'm not sure if this player can stream 3D movies, haven't tried to do so, haven't come across any streaming applications that offer 3D streaming. This player does play 3D blu ray discs, but your tv needs to be 3D capable.
