Ant this did not work. Do you know if it will pair with a iphone 12
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would like to sync my new iphone 11 with my Sony ZS-RS60BT. I have taken the following steps to refresh. erase button - BT erase, enter button, reset - paring After this my bluetooth on my phone keeps searching, but displays the Sony numbers. My Sony blinks 'paring' but won't play the music from my phone to the sony player. What d I do next?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Ant, try refreshing the Bluetooth list of the Boombox by holding down the Erase button until you see the "BT RESET" message, press Enter once you see it. Try pairing your phone again once you have performed the procedure. Regards, -Mark
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue BT not connecting... then I followed the advice from Mark at SonyListens on this page, and it worked ! Their advice is to: "try refreshing the Bluetooth list of the Boombox by holding down the Erase button until you see the "BT RESET" message, press Enter once you see it. Try pairing your phone again once you have performed the procedure" Thank you Mark so much!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you’ve renamed the default bluetooth connection on iPhone, try reverting the name back to defaults. (Of course you need to be paired to the device to do this, which is the trouble.) A custom bluetooth name seems to mess up the device discovery in iOS when the device is forgotten and you attempt to re-pair it. You could try pairing using an Android or alternate iPhone, then rename it back to its factory default “ZS-RS60BT” (which is the model number, case sensitive, no quotes). I encountered this problem with the iPhone12 mini, iOS 14.7.1. Apple support was unable troubleshoot further without suggesting I factory reset the iPhone, which I declined. My issue seemed to be resolved when I found a way to restore the bluetooth device name to its factory broadcast default. My Plantronics Bluetooth headsets also encountered iOS troubles from renaming as well. I own two of these Sony boomboxes and several Plantronics headsets. Pairing, forgetting and re-pairing all works fine when I use the factory default names. It’s a little harder to manage duplicate devices, but at least it keeps them paired reliably. Hopefully a newer iOS will resolve this for those who venture to upgrade.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same problem with my new iPhone 12. Maybe the Bluetooth soft water in the Sony device needs to be updated. How do I do this?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try the 'forget this device' feature in the bluetooth settings on your phone, and 'rediscover' your iPhone.
