I used a regular RCA cable and plugged it into the 'subwoofer' jack on my receiver. Subwoofers are mono units, so you do not need 2 wires coming from them or 2 RCA plugs plugged into your receiver. use either the red or white side.

I believe it is 4 feet in length. Any subwoofer cable of desired length with RCA connectors on both ends will work. Other, more involved cable options are available, but that should do it as the simplest.
