• Great question, Mike! Sony CRE-C10 OTC hearing aids do not have Bluetooth and can't stream audio or phone calls. They use the Sony Hearing Control App and can be set-up on iOS devices with operating system 13 and higher and Android devices with operating system 10 and higher. Please note that Sony CRE-E10 OTC hearing aids do offer the ability to stream phone calls from Apple iOS devices. Erin
