- Answer we ordered battery Sony NP bn 1, which was offered by Best Buy Online when we ordered the camera, we also ordered the Sandisk ultra plus 16gb sdhc class 10 for memory.

- Answer I don't know about the picture quality of the Sony DSCWX220 but I do know about the Sony DSC-W830 and the picture quality is great. I have gotten some wonderful shots with it.

- Answer Hi Danny, This camera has an automatic shooting with Self-portrait timer. Just point the lens at yourself so that the selected number of faces is reflected in the screen. - Answer Hi there, For Windows computer, please follow the steps below: 1. Connect the camera to the computer via the supplied USB cable. 2. Turn on the camera. 3. Autoplay window will pop up 4. Choose the Import pictures and Videos using Windows 5. Another window will pop up on the lower right corner of the computer. Click the “Import Setting” 6. Check the box of your desired option then click OK. 7. Repeat steps #1 and #2 to validate the actions. -Jen
