Are the triggers adjustable to hair triggers? null

Yes, but they still have more travel than mouse click triggers in Scuff controllers. They're close, but if you're looking for mouse click, go another route.

Yea theres settings on on the bottom of the controller. Pretty much stops it from going farther down.

They are adjustable and get pretty responsive but are not quite as close to mouse click triggers

Yes, both left and right triggers have three levels you can adjust them to.

I wouldn’t say hair triggers but it is definitely is close to it.

Yes they are although if comparing to the elite 2 on Xbox they aren't quite as sensitive but definitely sensitive enough regardless.

Yes they definitely are! Speaking from experience by the way I own two of these! Definitely recommend it.
