I believe this zoom lens was designed specifically for Sony APS-C mirrorless camera. Sony A7 II is also a mirrorless camera so I assume you can use it ok.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Sony A7II has an E mount, so the SONY E 70-350MM F4.5-6.3 G OSS LENS will certainly work on that camera. By default, the camera will switch to a 10MP crop mode when an E mount APS-C lens is attached.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. It will work with your Full Frame sized sensor, but in the crop mode only. That means you will not utilize the complete number of pixels available on the sensor and, therefore, will have less resolution in the photos taken. Depending on your use of the photos (prints versus screen publication) this may not make a difference to you. There are full frame telephoto lenses available which do cover the full sensor. They are designated "FE" lenses in the Sony line. There is a Sony FE lens that extends to 300 mm readily available. In sum any Sony lens for the "E" mount will fit any Sony "E"mount camera.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.yes it will. But be advised this is an apsc lens for Sonys crop sensor alpha series..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It can work, yes, but not as full frame. It’s an APS-C lens but it is e mount. I believe the a7ii has aps-c mode so it will switch to it. It will crop the image but that also provides more reach, of that makes sense.
