• Yes. For example, Blackmagic ATEM Mini accepts the HDMI output and converts it to “webcam” to PC via USB C.

• Hi ZBobDC, for streaming we would recommend using the AX series of camcorder with a video capture device that supports HDMI input to connect the camcorder to the computer.
