You mean something like connecting a 4K Bluray directly to the soundbar and have the soundbar send 4K video to the TV ? The specs don't say passthrough, so I'd say it probably does not. Your safest best it is to connect the video source to the TV and have the TV send the audio to the soundbar or setup a separate audio (optical) link between the source and the soundbar.
