It didn’t come in the box when i purchased it , I ordered it online and got it shipped to my boyfriends house and he opened it on FaceTime with me and there wasn’t a voucher code in the box or anything so I don’t know if I can get a new one or how can that be fixed?

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also had this issue. Supposed to be a brand new PS5 slim console with Spider Man 2, but there was no voucher code to get Spider Man 2. I paid for this bundle to get the game. Best Buy / Playstation - you owe me the game or $60. I called Best Buy support and they said I need to contact Playstation as they take no responsibility for this.

Please try again later.I too had this issue of not having the code for the game inside the box & after looking around online & reading some of the questions on here, our problem has now become even bigger. I purchased an open box (IN EXCELLENT CONDITION) of the PS5 Slim Console with the Spider-Man game included, but apparently we received the original PS5 with no game & no paperwork whatsoever. I wouldn’t have even noticed the difference, but in reading the questions on here & looking around online, I found that the slim console should have a black line in the center of it & should have 822 GB available out of the box. Well as you can see in the pic included, ours does not have a black line & it only has 667 GB available, which according to the screenshot included is what the original PS5 has available out of the box. So it would appear that someone who already owned the original PS5 just purchased the Slim version & returned the original in its place. Pretty sorry thing to do if that’s the case, BUT it is Best Buy’s responsibility to thoroughly check any returns before accepting them & then to also thoroughly inspect the item before making it available for purchase again. If it was missing paperwork or the game, or if it was the wrong console all together, then it should have never been listed as Open Box - Excellent Condition!! My family loves Best Buy, my brother has worked at their location in my hometown for 10+ years now, & we have never had any issues like this. I will be contacting the store I purchased this from in the morning & expect that their mistake will be corrected without any further issues, especially since this was a gift my children received from Santa this morning & therefore has already been a big disappointment for all of us. ☹️
