If you are logged into your Best Buy account and buy online, any purchase you make will be saved in your "Purchases". You will see the Purchases section in the drop down menu when you click on "Hi, your name". From there you will have the ability to see Support or Return options. Getting a Geek Squad protection plan can help with certain issues if something goes wrong. Also, you can go to the store and they should be able to pull up your account info to help you.
