• you should have had a Spiderman card in the box of the game where you have to scratch to reveal the redemption code and you use that code in the ps store menu and it allows you to download the game #hopethishelps

• there should be a card in the box with the code on it. it might be in the package with all the information like book and stuff then you go onto playstation and redeem the code
