Q: QuestionHad in cat for 4th day in a row right as it went on sale only to be told after i had put in payment info that it was out of stock again. Does anyone know how to reach customer service?

• A:Answer I was trying to figure that out too. was surprised to see the pre-orders already go out of stock in just the day. I talked to a chat representative and best thing he said was to update the sites when you could. Each "serving" area has limited stock and he doesn't know when they restock. I should've just pre-ordered it when i first seen it advertised :(

• A:Answer Probably a limited amount. If you set up a page monitor and are quick checking out you might be able to snag one today though. They’ve been restocking randomly. I carted mine on 10 different occasions before being able to confirm an order. Good luck!

Q: Questionon the features specifications here says it has a 4k blueray player that its compatible and thats able to play 4k blueray discs. I've read some reviews on the regular ps4 pro that it doesn't. Is this model gonna have a 4k blueray disc player or not?

Q: QuestionSo every time I come to this page it always says "coming soon" and ive been trying to preorder but I can never catch it if there ever is a "order now" option. Any suggestions?

• A:Answer Maybe think about setting up a page monitor, there are some good ones available as extensions on chrome. Then act quickly! And keep trying to order even if it tells you they are out of stock, I got one today but I had to put it in my cart five times before I was finally able to successfully checkout

Q: Questiondoes it come with the headset and gamedrive? on playstions website they said it would come with the console, the game, a controller, a headset, and a game drive, but here its only showing the game, console, and controller.

• A:Answer No, this item only comes with the console, controller, and game with steelbook case. It also does not state that this item comes with those additional items on playstation's website. All of those items are for purchase separately. So you are not correct.

Q: QuestionAt this point I feel like its impossible to get your hands on one of these, there is no way I could be any faster at carting this for it to be out of stock. For the people who were able to cart it, what did you do?

• A:Answer Honestly there isn't a particular "best" way to get it now. I suggest you do what I did, if you wish to pre-order the bundle: Leave a page open of this site and keep refreshing, Sadly this seems very tiresome and it is, most of the time it is out of stock but for some reason best buy at some random hour puts one up for sale (was able to get mine around 7pm at east time), I assume these are bundles other people pre-ordered but then cancelled, and if by some chance you see the option to pre-order, be sure to be logged in with a payment option already available because these things sell out in seconds. I had put mine at least 4x in the cart ready to pay to only be told it was out of stock in a matter of seconds. I heard about some downloadable notification app that notifies you when it's in sale, but I'm not familiar with that. I suggest you stay up until the night before of launch (June 19), so you can buy it as soon as possible when they restock.

• A:Answer Called the store (6/18) and the lady said they would have to wait until release date to see availability, she said they don’t have a stock count as of right now. I was able to pre order for shipping to arrive on 6/24.

• A:Answer Probably June 19, but if your son is just looking for a ps4 than you can get a normal one at anytime. This is just a limited edition version but hardware wise its the same.

• A:Answer this is a pro model limited edition, it can do 4k and a few other things. If where your son plays games isnt set up for 4k you can get him a cheaper regular model which should be easier and cheaper to get.

• A:Answer If your lucky you will be able to buy one the day it’s released from the store on-line. The store will probably have 10 or less in stock on release day, and Since this has been hyped so much for over a year, you probably will have a difficult time getting one based on previous high demand items such as this .
